We accept the payment of the following services by online payment: virtual office, company secretary, time charter room and establishment of Hong Kong company services (except for government fees or establishment of overseas companies).
If the customer wishes to pay other services* fees by online payment, please contact our sales representative to update the bill.

Service Process and Terms Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by the Company, including shared workspaces, serviced offices, company secretarial, accounting, auditing and other support services. By using the Company’s website and making a payment, you agree to all the terms and conditions set out below.

I. Service Delivery Policy

1. Service Confirmation

After submitting your service application and completing payment on the website, the Company will contact you within 3 business days to confirm the selected service content, start date, and required information. Service will commence upon receipt of all required information.

2. Service Delivery Methods

The delivery method and schedule will be arranged according to the nature of the service. Please refer to each service application form and its terms for details.

3. Changes and Extensions

If you require changes to your application or wish to postpone your application, please notify us in writing at least three business days in advance. If you have already started processing your application, any changes will incur an administration fee of HK$500.

II. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Principles

– Customers fail to provide timely information or are uncooperative, resulting in service delays or non-delivery;
– Services have already been initiated, partially or fully provided (e.g., address services, office usage, or document processing has already begun);
– Customers using discounted pricing, discount plans, or customized plans will not be refunded once confirmed.

3. Refund Procedure

If eligible for a refund, the applicant must submit a “Refund Application Form” and provide relevant proof (such as payment receipts, email records, etc.)）。 The refund will be issued on7 Complete the review within one working day and1 Process refund procedures within one month。

III. Electronic Communications Terms

Electronic Notification： The Client agrees that communications with the Company may be conducted electronically. The Company will send bills, invoices, transaction notifications, and other service-related information to the Client via email or website announcements. Such electronic notifications shall have the same effect as paper copies.

Contact Information： Clients should provide correct email and mobile phone numbers and regularly check their inboxes and website announcements to receive important communications from the Company. The Company assumes no responsibility for clients’ failure to receive or read any electronic notifications. Electronic notifications are deemed delivered upon delivery, and clients may not refuse to perform their obligations based on non-receipt of notifications.

IV. Website Terms of Use

1. All content on this website, including trademarks, images, designs, documents, interfaces, and information, is the property of the Company or its licensors.
2. Reproduction, modification, reuse, copying, or any commercial use of this website is prohibited without prior written consent.

VI. Risk Disclosure & Limitation of Liability

1. The services provided by the Company are performed to the best of our ability, using our current expertise and resources. We do not guarantee any commercial results, tax benefits, or third-party approvals.
2. The Company assumes no legal liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services, Website, or its content.
3. If losses are caused by the Company’s negligence, the maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees charged for the services.

VII. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all transactions hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first engage in friendly negotiation. If no agreement is reached through negotiation, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong for resolution.
