According to Companies Regulation 622B Companies (Disclosure of Company Name and whether it is a limited company) Regulations, Article 3: Display of registered names in registered offices etc.
- The company shall continuously display the registered name of the company in readable wording within its registered office and each of its business premises.
- The registered name in question shall be placed in a location that can be easily seen by visitors to the office or business premises concerned.
*If a company violates Section 3(1) or (2), the company and each of its responsible persons are guilty of an offense and are liable to a Level 3 fine (currently: HK$5,001-HK$10,000).
