Sales Executive / Sales Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Admin Assistant – Consultant Department

Delivering exceptional and attentive service to our clients and guests is the core business of OneStart. Representing OneStart and our clients at our front desk and on the telephone, you will be working in a young, energetic and passionate team environment. Emphasising work-life balance while providing quality service, our Client Service teams work eight hours a day during normal office hours and working on alternate Saturday will be compensated by a paid monthly leave. You will be entitled to a lucrative bonus system and comprehensive benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services and sales support duties with the sales team
  • Prepare quotation, sales invoice and other sales administration duties
  • Follow up sales orders and data entry
  • Handle incoming sales hotline and reply customer inquiries from live chat / Whatsapp
  • Contact with our client for renewal and/or addition of our services by phone call.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in related disciplines.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales administration; Knowledge in business centre industry will be an advantage
  • Independent, positive, able to work under tight timeline
  • Good communication and multi-tasking skills

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • 1 year relevant experience

Company Secretarial Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handling client’s enquiry about our services, especially about company formation & maintenance, bank account opening, accounting and other compliance work
  • Collaborate with business partners and bankers to provide one-stop business solutions to clients
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal parties
  • Supporting corporate transaction review, due diligence & follow-up
  • Manage a portfolio of clients for HK and offshore company and related services
  • Contact with our client for renewal and/or addition of ComSec, Accounting & Audit services by phone call.
  • Ad-hoc support to supervisor / team in meeting company business objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in relevant disciplines.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Corporate Services / Company Formation Services (exposures in professional / legal services firms or listed companies is an advantage)
  • Membership of ICSA / HKICS or ICSA finalist & proficiency in CSA application are definite assets
  • Knowledge in CSA system is advantageous;
  • Experience in accounting / company secretary / customer service / legal field or sizable organization is advantageous
  • Independent, positive, good team player, able to work under tight timeline
  • Good communication, strong customer service mindset and multi-tasking skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
